　　金志良 中國石油潤滑油公司副主任JIN Zhilaing Deputy Director of PetroChina Lubricant Company

　　金志良，高級工程師，現任中國石油蘭州潤滑油研究開發中心副主任。主要從事潤滑油產品開發管理和潤滑油評價標準建立等工作。作為負責人或主要參與人先后承擔國家重點研發計劃項目一項、ASTM標準化一項、企業級項目10余項，制訂我國行業標準5項。

　　Jin Zhiliang, Senior Engineer, Deputy Director of PetroChina Lanzhou Lubricant Research and Development Institute. Mainly engaged in the management of lubricating oil products development, as well as the establishment of lubricating oil evaluation standards. In charge of or main participant in one national project, one ASTM standard development, more than 10 enterprise projects, and 5 industry standards.

　　醇氫發動機潤滑技術創新研究

　　The New Lubricant Technology Innovation for Methanol and Hydrogen Engine

　　報告摘要

　　介紹了我國雙碳目標驅動下的發展清潔能源的重要性，醇、氫燃料作為未來發動機可再生能源具有獨特的特性和優勢，醇氫發動機對潤滑油提出了全新的性能需求。報告詳細闡述了昆侖潤滑面向醇、氫燃料發動機潤滑技術的研究現狀和研究成果，對使用醇氫燃料發動機過程中易出現的早燃、發動機銹蝕和磨損、機油乳化和堿值衰敗嚴重等問題進行了分析研究，提出潤滑新材料解決方案。

　　The importance of developing clean energy driven by China's dual carbon goals was introduced. Methanol and hydrogen fuels, as renewable energy sources for future engines, have unique characteristics and advantages. Methanol and hydrogen engines have put forward new performance requirements for lubricants. The report elaborates on the research and achievements of Kunlun lubrication technology for methanol and hydrogen fuel engines. It analyzes and studies the problems that are prone to occur during the use of methanol and hydrogen fuel engines, such as pr-ignition, engine rust and wear, engine oil emulsification, and TBN decreasing. A new lubrication material solution is proposed for the future Methanol and hydrogen engines.
